Substitution Policy

Based on availability and season substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. All substitutions will be thoughtfully chosen to create the same quality and look of the floral bouquet ordered.

Delivery Policy

An additional delivery fee will be added to each order based on distance. $15 for Yorba Linda and up to $25 in surrounding cities

For same day delivery we must receive your order before 3pm. We cannot guarantee specific time deliveries but we will do our best. We do not deliver on Sundays unless arrangements have been made by a Glorious flowers staff member

*For same day local delivery we must receive your order before 3pm. Outside our local delivery 1pm. Orders outside this time will go next day
